Reflection of Light by Spherical Mirrors
The laws of reflection state that the angle of reflection equals the angle of incidence, and that the incident ray, reflected ray, and the normal to the reflecting surface at the point of incidence all lie in the same plane.
For spherical mirrors, the normal is along the radius - the line joining the center of curvature of the mirror to the point of incidence.
